Alan Winner has 33 years of business negotiation experience on behalf of small, medium-sized and Fortune 100 companies, in addition to his ownership of a small business. For a national retailer, he successfully resolved complex disputes concerning store and warehouse construction, and co-directed a cross-functional initiative to inspire employee innovation. As a senior executive for a national real estate firm, he restructured and integrated a corporate department following the acquisition of another company.

Mr. Winner’s business negotiations include the purchase and sale of businesses, equipment leasing, purchase, sale and licensing of business assets, commercial real estate management and development, commercial real estate leasing, construction, employment, marketing, professional services agreements and employee benefits. As an experienced transactional lawyer, he can amend and revise legal documents to reflect negotiation outcomes.

Mr. Winner has lead roundtable discussions and served as a panel leader at national trade association conferences.
